Reclaimed Water System Blowoff Metering

Overview: This project involves adding a meter at multiple blowoff locations in order to track and account for reclaimed water during blowoff operations.

Schedule: This project is under design and construction is estimated to begin in spring 2018 and should be complete by fall 2018.

Status: Bids for the Evans Road project location were rejected. A construction bid package for all locations, including Evans Road, is in progress.

Green Hope School Road Reclaimed Waterline Project

Overview: The Green Hope School Road Reclaimed Waterline Project will extend the Town’s existing reclaimed water system from west of I-540 to the reclaimed water service areas located east of I-540. The project includes 2,000 feet of 16-inch pipe and 350 feet of 12-inch pipe along Green Hope School Road between Brooks Park Ln. and Highcroft Dr. This project includes a proposed horizontal directional drill across I-540.  

Schedule: Project design has been completed. Construction is scheduled to begin winter 2017.
