BUSINESS
 Call to Order – Doug Smith called the meeting to order at 6:10pm

Minutes – Robert Bush made a motion to approve the February minutes, motion passed unanimously.  

Project Updates
US 1/64 Pedestrian Bridge & Greenway Project
Doug Smith is on the artist selection committee for the US 1/64 pedestrian bridge project.  He reported that the committee received seventy artist applications.  Five artists were selected to submit a full proposal with a model.  The field will then be narrowed to three and those proposals will be available for public review and comment. 

Batchelor Branch Greenway
This project is 60% complete.  The greenway corridor has been cleared and drainage culverts are being installed. The pedestrian tunnel continues to be installed as part of the NC 55 road widening project.

Cary Road Race
The greenway committee will have an information table at the Cary Road Race on Saturday, April 8th. Committee members were asked to sign up for time slots to staff the table. Staff will send a reminder email to the committee about the event.

Spring Daze
The greenway committee will have an information table at Cary Spring Daze on Saturday, April 29th. Committee members were asked to sign up for time slots to staff the table. Staff will send a reminder email to the committee about the event.

Doug McRainey went over the February 2006 Capital Projects Update with the committee.
