Call to Order – Leta Huntsinger called the meeting to order at 6:08pm.

July 20th meeting were reviewed by the Committee.
Action: Toby Kennedy made a motion
to accept the minutes of the
Public Speaks Out – N/A
Development Review (Greenway/Land Dedications)

Action: Toby
Kennedy made a motion directing staff to look into realignment of the greenway
away from the outer edge of the development and instead alongside the internal
buffer. The motion passed unanimously.
Piney Plains – Doug McRainey presented information on the Piney Plains
greenway alignment. No action
required.
Project
Updates
American Tobacco Trail
– Doug McRainey presented information on the American Tobacco Trail project.
The Department of Transportation has requested that the Town of Cary
provide construction administration and maintenance for the Chatham County
portion of the trail. The committee
favors completion of the trail as soon as possible and recommends that the Town
of
