General Policies
- C-Tran operates Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- To use C-Tran, everyone must purchase a ticket. Children age 6 and younger ride free of charge.
- Smoking, eating, drinking and concealed weapons are not permitted on any C-Tran vehicles.
- Animals are not allowed unless required by persons with disabilities.
- Child restraint seats must be provided by passengers.
- The operation of radios, portable music players, and other electronic devices must be kept to a low volume.
- Violent, disruptive, illegal behavior or behavior that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated.
- C-Tran does not operate on Town of Cary holidays and follows the Wake County Public School System policy on inclement weather.
