Background: Staff has identified amendments to various portions of the Land Development Ordinance text to be included in Round 13 of LDO amendments. A summary of the proposed amendments for which preliminary text has been drafted is provided in the attachment, with a link to the proposed text change and associated background information.

Fiscal Impact: Implementation of most of the recommendations should be absorbed by existing staff. Implementation of an amendment related to parking on residential lots could potentially have the greatest impact on staff time. The extent of the fiscal impact will not be known until specific ordinance requirements are implemented.

Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Town Council conduct the public hearing and forward the proposed amendments to the Planning and Zoning Board for a recommendation.
