Kickstart the New Year, New You with Cary's First Walk & Free Exercise Classes

  • Kick start your New Year’s resolutions with the Town of Cary’s New Year, New You: Fitness Kick Off from January 2-6 and take free group exercise classes at Cary’s three community centers.
  • Those who attend a group exercise demonstration will receive a 20 percent discount on their Winter/Spring 2018 registration for any group exercise class at a Town of Cary community center.
  • First Walk Cary kicks off January 1 from 10-11 a.m. at the Black Creek Greenway. 

Cary, NC – Kick start your New Year’s resolutions with the Town of Cary’s New Year, New You Fitness Kick Off and First Walk Cary. Join people of all ages and get off on the right foot in 2018 with an approximately two-mile walk on New Year’s Day at the Black Creek Greenway. The walk will start at the North Cary Park Entrance at 10 a.m. Strollers are welcome, but please no skates or bikes. Then from January 2-6, participants age 16 and older (unless otherwise indicated) can take free group exercise classes at Cary’s three community centers: Bond Park, Herb Young and Middle Creek. The class schedule at the following locations is:

Those who attend a group exercise demonstration will receive a 20 percent discount on their Winter/Spring 2018 registration for any group exercise class at a Town of Cary community center; this does not include the Cary Senior Center. Coupons expire January 12, 2018 and are only redeemable in person at a Town of Cary community center.
