“This will be the third year the Town of Cary celebrates International Day of Yoga. We saw over 100 citizens involved at five locations a year ago and this year we have even more options for all ages,” said Maria Di Benedetto, program specialist. “Yoga helps create heathy change through your body, mind, and spirit. This event helps spread awareness and knowledge of yoga and sample the different yoga styles of your instructors offered by several ongoing Town yoga classes. And the best part of yoga is that everyone can do it.”
