Veterans Freedom Park Closes This Week for Paving

  • There will be no parking at Veterans Freedom Park on May 18-19 to allow contractors to pave the parking lot.
  • Paving work is offered to the Town of Cary as a gift in kind by a contractor in advance of the Town’s Memorial Day Observance event.

Contractors working on behalf of the Town of Cary will pave the parking lot of Veterans Freedom Park, 1513 N. Harrison Avenue on May 18-19 from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. The work is being completed as a gift in kind on behalf of the contractor in advance of the Town’s Memorial Day Observance, scheduled for May 29.
