Cary Town Government Closes for MLK Holiday, Most Services Unchanged

Cary Town Hall will close Monday, January 16, 2017 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. GoCary Fixed Route and Door to Door services will not operate on January 16. While most staffed facilities will be closed, including The Cary Theater, the Cary Tennis Park and Sk8 Cary will be open and operate under normal hours. Citizens are asked to call the facility before visiting for specific operating hours. The Citizen’s Convenience Center, 313 N. Dixon Avenue, will operate under holiday hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 

During the week of January 16, garbage, recycling and yard waste will be collected as scheduled; carts should be at the curb and away from mailboxes, fire hydrants and light poles by 7 a.m. on your collection day.
